    If you’ve never eaten Authentic Southern BBQ, you’re in for a big treat! We rub our meats with love and slow smoke them low like Granddaddy Tilman taught me to. Because of this process our BBQ always turns out moist & tender. The smoke flavor is in the meat and not the sauce. Once you’ve had Gran’daddy’s your taste buds will know the difference. We can cater any event large or small, from back yard BBQ’S to white glove. We’ll provide the main meal & sides or you can just pick it up ready to serve. Our Pastry Chef Stacy Patrick will custom make any cake or candies for you special day or event.
